Job Summary
Sales Representative for a Medical Device company focused on surgical safety solutions. Territory includes Syracuse and Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities include calling on surgeons, hospital staff, and supply chain personnel in hospitals, ORs, and surgery centers; promoting multiple surgical safety products; building relationships with clinicians and hospital administration; achieving sales targets within the assigned territory; planning cost-effective travel; identifying and prospecting new customers in hospitals, medical centers, and clinics; working with internal leadership to communicate needs; not on-call.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- 1-2 Years of B2B sales (Payroll, Copiers, Uniforms) or Light Medical Experience
- Minimum 2 years tenure with current employer
- Must own a quota and a track record of proven sales success
- Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
- Ability to travel daily to different locations throughout assigned territory
