Job Summary
Call surgeons, material managers, and hospital staff in Syracuse and Buffalo to promote surgical safety solutions and disposables. Prospect new customers in medical centers and clinics while building relationships with clinical directors and purchasing departments. Learn product benefits and communicate them effectively to existing and new accounts. Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by knocking on doors, cold calling, and closing new business. Plan cost-effective daily travel throughout the region. No on-call rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Hunter mentality with sales #'s and accomplishments
- 1-2 Years of B2B sales (Payroll, Copiers, Uniforms) or Light Medical Experience
- No Pharma!
- Minimum 2 years tenure with current employer
- Must own a quota and a track record of proven sales success with accomplishments in resume
- Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
- Ability to travel daily to different locations throughout assigned territory
