Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound customer conversations, asking direct questions to understand needs and guide clients through financial decisions. Handle objections, overcome hesitation, and make follow-up calls to help customers make informed choices. Stay engaged during uncomfortable interactions while applying immediate feedback to build confidence and resilience. Perform consistently in a structured, goal-driven environment with structured training and ongoing coaching. Requires comfort with rejection, strong communication skills, and ability to learn quickly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, or collections experience
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
- Strong communication skills
