Job Summary
Conduct inbound and outbound conversations with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions. Ask follow-up questions, overcome objections, and handle hesitation or rejection while staying engaged in direct, goal-driven interactions. Perform consistently in a structured environment with structured training and ongoing coaching to build confidence and resilience. This customer-facing role offers fast-track advancement opportunities within a team focused on your success. Competitive compensation includes a base rate of $13.35 to $14.29 per hour with monthly bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
- Reliable form of personal transportation
- Valid Driver's License
