Sales Representative

Field-based Sales Representative responsible for managing and growing a customer base across Cork, Drogheda, and Kildare. Build and maintain relationships with builders’ merchants and customers, identify and convert new business opportunities, present and sell a wide range of building materials, and achieve sales and margin targets. Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations, manage a structured call plan, generate leads through networking and cold calling, and maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM. Ideal candidates will have 2–5+ years in field sales within construction-related sectors, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a full clean driver’s licence.
