Job Summary
Hybrid sales role combining field-based business development with office-based account management in hardware/building materials. Key duties include developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, preparing quotations, pricing support, coordinating projects, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Requires ability to meet customers on-site, identify opportunities, manage accounts, and support quotation processes; strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills; experience in builders' merchants or related construction product environment; valid driving licence; company car/allowance and benefits included. Salary up to €60k DOE; includes pension, health insurance, and IT equipment. The role reports to Branch Manager and Directors and sits within a hybrid working model (on the road 3 days, office 2 days).
