Job Summary
Sales Representative in Drogheda focused on field-based development of new and existing customer relationships in building materials. Responsible for growing a defined territory, presenting and selling a wide range of building products, achieving sales and margin targets, conducting site visits and product demonstrations, maintaining CRM records, managing a structured call plan, generating leads through networking and cold calling, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships, pipeline development, and self-directed management of the territory to drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years’ experience in field sales, ideally within builders’ merchants, construction products, or related sectors
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised with good territory and time management
- Full clean driver’s licence
