Job Summary
Sales Representative/Sr. Sales Specialist in Rheum/Immunology at AbbVie responsible for achieving territory sales goals by analyzing territory potential, developing and executing sales plans, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, tracking sales/status reports, implementing product sales strategies, delivering product knowledge and promotional messaging, collecting market intelligence, maintaining accurate territory and customer records, and participating in regular meetings. The role emphasizes strong selling skills, Challenger-based engagement, territory management, stakeholder coordination, and adherence to AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct. Preferred is specialty experience; minimum 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field; strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
