Focus on maximizing sales revenue and achieving desired close rates, participating in team-building and sales management functions, implementing corporate policies and procedures, targeting specific inventory and products for sales, and attending weekly meetings and training while representing the company professionally. Key skills include strong communication, interpersonal relations, product knowledge in timeshare/vacation ownership, ability to close deals, follow-through with customers, and adherence to sales management directions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
