Job Summary
Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings. Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations, present compelling sales proposals, and complete all required sales documentation. Travel door-to-door through local communities, with 90% time outdoors and minimal office time. Requires ability to work evenings and weekends, travel to and from territories, and use computer and mobile devices to support sales activities. Competitive base pay with incentives, potential total compensation over $100,000 per year, and eligibility for bonuses; Spectrum benefits include free/discounted services. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, strong English communication and interpersonal skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- A passion to succeed and strong personal drive to sell to prospective customers
