Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative role with Spectrum requiring face-to-face interaction to acquire residential customers, conduct needs analyses, present tailored proposals, and complete sales documentation. Responsibilities include achieving monthly targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services; traveling throughout assigned territories; working outdoors with minimal office time; and participating in trainings and meetings. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, the ability to travel to territories, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a base salary with incentives and potential total earnings over $100,000 annually, plus Spectrum benefits. Working conditions require outdoor activity in various weather and periods of travel to customer sites.
