Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative for Spectrum focused on acquiring new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, delivering consultative needs analyses, presenting tailored sales proposals, completing sales documentation, and achieving monthly targets across Spectrum’s high‐speed data, mobile, landline, and video services. Requires outdoor field work in assigned territories, strong communication and selling skills, travel to and from customer sites, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. Offers a base salary plus incentives with potential total compensation over $100,000 and a $5,000 external-hire hiring bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
- A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, and as business needs dictate to maximize prospective customer contact
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Engaging interpersonal skills
