Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory by ensuring optimal product distribution, in-store visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards. Plan, coordinate and monitor merchandising activities to execute promotional campaigns, build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and local retailers, analyze sales performance to identify opportunities, lead a team of merchandisers with guidance and performance feedback, and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Supply teams to deliver business objectives.
