Job Summary
Canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and perform roof inspections to assess their remodeling needs. Explain roofing, restoration, and renovation services to potential customers, then encourage them to book appointments. Track sales progress and adjust strategies to close deals while managing time independently. Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with seasonal Saturday shifts from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Earn uncapped commissions with an average of $100,000+ annually.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
