Job Summary
Canvass neighborhoods to engage homeowners and explain roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. Perform roof inspections to assess situations, then encourage customers to book services while tracking progress to close deals. Work independently from Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with seasonal Saturday hours from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Manage time and problem-solving to adjust sales strategies effectively. Earn uncapped commissions with average earnings of $100,000+/year.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
