Job Summary
Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets by developing new business through cold calling, networking, and community outreach. Manage and grow customer accounts while proactively resolving issues, coordinate deliveries, and present tailored, solution-driven proposals aligned with customer needs. Spend significant time in the field strengthening relationships with contractors and manufacturers, staying informed on product offerings and market trends. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and one year of sales experience in construction or industrial supply. Monday through Friday day shift in Jonesboro, AR.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- Established industry network or strong ability to build one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
