Job Summary
Discover each customer's sleep needs and match them with the right Sleep Number products while clearly explaining benefits and promotions. Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships that generate repeat and new business. Work together to maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience. Take part in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills. This role requires strong communication abilities, a goal-oriented attitude, and experience working flexible retail schedules including evenings and weekends. Candidates need 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience and comfort using CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude, with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
- 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
