Job Summary
ENT Sales Representative promoting Stryker ENT products in operating room and office settings; responsible for territory progress tracking, product demonstrations, and maintaining inventory; requires strong communication, relationship-building with healthcare providers, problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and ability to travel ~20% while working in a remote/field-based capacity. Role emphasizes field-based sales with commission structure, travel to customer facilities, and collaboration with regional management to exceed sales goals. Must possess and apply product knowledge to educate doctors, nurses, and staff, and to manage compliance and ethical conduct in a medical-device sales context.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or business-to-business sales preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (plus 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)
