Job Summary
Represent Fabricut, Stroheim, Vervain, S. Harris, and Trend in a professional manner while developing strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Establish a consistent visit schedule to grow market share by generating additional business within established accounts and proactively prospecting for new customers. Increase cut-order sales and overall territory profitability through effective product knowledge, customer development, and sales techniques. Plan, prepare for, and execute effective customer sales calls, including identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate products, and following up on opportunities. Accurately enter, process, and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate documentation. Respond to customer questions, concerns, and problems promptly and professionally, providing appropriate solutions and following through to resolution. This role requires up to 50% travel throughout the assigned territory covering Washington, Oregon, and a small portion of Western Idaho.
