Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers at retail locations by engaging, educating, and answering inquiries to maximize sales and enhance the in-store experience. Communicate brand information effectively while meeting daily and monthly sales targets. Work independently or within a team in both indoor and outdoor environments, adhering to policies on operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety. Maintain reliable transportation and stand for extended periods while providing exceptional customer service. Report to a Field Sales Manager with full or part-time hours available across various locations. Must be 18 or older, pass criminal and driver's abstract checks, and be flexible for evening and weekend shifts based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Professional, fun, energetic and have great communication skills - verbal and written.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve.
- The ability to absorb, understand and communicate brand and product information effectively to consumers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
- Be motivated to work in a dynamic and fast paced team environment.
- Open, available, and flexible to work a variety of shifts/hours (evenings and weekends based on business needs).
- Be willing to work at various retail locations if required.
- Must be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable working in both and indoor and outdoor environment.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment.
- Pass a driver's abstract check as a requirement of employment, if applicable to the program/event.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous sales experience in a commission environment an asset.
- Previous credit card sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
