Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers by engaging and educating shoppers to maximize consumer loyalty and close multiple sales per hour. Communicate brand information, answer inquiries, and sign interested customers up on the spot while enhancing the in-store experience. Work independently at retail locations using iPads, operating within both indoor and outdoor environments. Meet daily and monthly sales targets while following operational, theft, fraud, health, and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Great people skills
- No fear of rejection
- Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Pass a background check
