Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers by engaging and educating shoppers while maximizing in-store sales. Communicate brand and product information effectively, answer inquiries, and confidently offer rebuttals to close deals. Meet daily and monthly sales targets while working independently or in a team environment across various retail locations. Follow operational policies regarding theft, fraud, health, and safety. This role requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel over 30 miles for compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sales, customer service, or promotions experience
- Must be able to meet sales quota
- Must be 18 yeats of age or older
- Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve
- Must be able to work flexible shifts/hours; evenings and weekend (minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Be willing to travel and work at various locations if required
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment
