Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers at retail locations by engaging, educating, and answering customer inquiries while maximizing sales and in-store experience. Meet daily and monthly sales targets independently or within a team environment, adhering to policies on operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety. Communicate brand and product information effectively, offering rebuttals and persuasive messaging to close sales. Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, while traveling to various locations if required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sales, customer service, or promotions experience
- Must be able to meet sales quota
- Must be 18 yeats of age or older
- Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve
- Must be able to work flexible shifts/hours; evenings and weekend (minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Be willing to travel and work at various locations if required
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment
