Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers by engaging and educating shoppers while maximizing sales and enhancing the in-store experience. Communicate brand and product information effectively, answer inquiries, and provide persuasive messaging to close deals. Meet daily and monthly sales targets while working independently or within a team environment, adhering to policies on operations, theft, fraud, health, and safety. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with extended standing, and the ability to handle flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. A personal vehicle and valid driver's license are preferred, and travel over 30 miles is compensated. Candidates must have prior sales, customer service, or promotions experience and pass a criminal record check.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sales, customer service, or promotions experience
- Must be able to meet sales quota
- Must be 18 yeats of age or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts/hours; evenings and weekend (minimum of 20 hours per week)
- Be willing to travel and work at various locations if required
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment
