Job Summary
Acquire new credit card customers at retail locations by engaging, educating, and closing sales while maximizing in-store experiences. Communicate brand information, answer inquiries, and meet daily and monthly sales targets independently. Follow operational, theft, fraud, health, and safety policies, including social distancing, stationary work, and mandatory face mask usage. Disinfect supplies every 60 minutes and after each customer interaction. This role offers hourly pay plus commission with potential earnings between $35,000 and $80,000 annually, full-time or part-time hours, and includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have sales, customer service, or promotions experience
- Must be able to meet sales quota
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Organized and quick thinking with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Pass a criminal record check as a requirement of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is preferred
- Willingness to travel to various locations
- Travel over 20 miles is compensated
- Tech savvy or willing to learn
- Results-oriented and comfortable in achieving sales target
- Highly energetic, motivated and an excellent communicator
- Customer focused, relatable with the ability to confidently offer rebuttals and persuasive messaging
- The ability to absorb, understand, and communicate brand and product information effectively to consumers
