Job Summary
Sales Representative responsible for owning the full sales cycle in a defined Scottsdale territory, including prospecting, discovery, and closing deals with law-enforcement customers. You’ll manage outbound and inbound leads, deliver product demos via phone, web conferencing, and occasional onsite visits, and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce. The role requires travel to client sites and events as needed, with in-person collaboration Tue–Fri at the Scottsdale office and remote flexibility on Mondays, plus a clear path for growth and uncapped commission tied to performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of full-cycle sales experience with documented closing success
- Experience in a quota-carrying, commission-based role
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
- High energy, competitive drive, and ownership mentality
- Strong organization and time-management skills
