Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products, including bed frames and support surfaces, to surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. Become a Patient Care expert to position products effectively in the marketplace, ensuring cost reduction and error-free shipments. Monitor performance against sales targets and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive business growth. Maintain a valid driver's license and expect 10% travel to customer facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Valid driver license in the state of residence
- Good driving record
- Experience in sales or clinical setting
- Basic knowledge of market research
- Basic knowledge of new product introduction
- Basic knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) management
- Basic knowledge of field testing
- 10% travel percentage
