Sales Representative/Sales Supervisor

Job Summary
Sales professional to drive selling and promotion of centrifuges within an assigned territory; responsibilities include building relationships with customers, managing channel partners and distributors, maintaining a sales funnel (SFDC), coordinating cross-team support to deliver solutions, participating in bidding and quotation processes, attending seminars/exhibitions, and networking to enhance the company’s brand in life sciences markets. Requires strong English, Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills, and the ability to travel frequently; Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred) with 3+ years’ experience (or Master’s with 2+ years) and proven sales/negotiation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above; major in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Pharmacy and Molecular Biology preferred
- Good command of computer applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong English reading/writing; fluent spoken English a plus
- 3+ years of experience in life science field OR 2+ years with Master in field
- Experience in bidding, tendering, and project negotiation is preferred
- Ability to travel frequently
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Industry knowledge in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or pharma
