Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative accountable for building and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets, developing new business via cold calling, networking, and community outreach, managing customer accounts and coordinating deliveries, presenting tailored proposals, and staying informed on product offerings and market trends. Role requires field presence to cultivate customer relationships, with emphasis on problem solving, service orientation, and opportunity identification. Qualifications include 1+ years in sales or business development (construction/industrial supply preferred), valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally), and strong communication skills; a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package in a family-oriented team culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in construction or industrial supply)
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- mechanically inclined and knowledgeable about tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- established network in the industry or strong ability to build one
- strong verbal and written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
