Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance. Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions while ensuring transaction accuracy in the agency management system. Establish rapport to act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through product selection. No cold calling required; utilize inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Full-time employment with unlimited uncapped commission, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
