Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain strong relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance while achieving or exceeding sales goals. Connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions to establish rapport and act as a trusted advisor. Maintain accurate transaction records, including deposits and documentation, within the agency management system. No cold calling; we provide high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic. This role offers unlimited uncapped commission, a sign-on bonus of up to $4,000, and comprehensive paid training with on-going mentorship. Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
