Job Summary
Solicit new business and maintain relationships with current customers to sell nonstandard auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and health insurance. Connect with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and establish rapport as a trusted advisor. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation within the agency management system. No cold calling; utilize high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic provided by the company. Achieve or exceed sales goals through a commission-based structure with unlimited uncapped earnings.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
