Job Summary
Solicit new nonstandard auto insurance business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve sales goals. Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions for auto, homeowners, or health insurance. Maintain transaction records and documentation in the agency management system. Establish rapport to guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products. No cold calling required; rely on high-volume inbound leads and walk-in traffic. Full-time employment with unlimited uncapped commission and on-going mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
