Job Summary
Remote, full-time Sales Representative driving revenue growth in targeted industrial markets. Focus on non-transactional, high-value opportunities; build long-term relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams; lead quoting and negotiation for complex jobs; collaborate with operations to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction; maintain a strong field presence through customer visits and industry engagement; leverage knowledge of rotating equipment, coatings, machining, and RMS capabilities to capture fleet opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent outside sales experience within industrial services, machining, or manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting industrial service sales and customer support in oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial markets
- Proven track record in developing new business and closing complex deals
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
- Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors (preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
