Job Summary
Conduct on-site roof and attic inspections to assess customer needs, then meet with homeowners to present tailored solutions. Guide clients through the sales process while running daily leads and managing appointments to ensure strong outcomes. Follow up with past and current customers, maintaining high communication standards. Work alongside the production team to support project completion after sales. Travel locally to perform field duties, occasionally lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders. Maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for site travel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites
