Job Summary
Identify leads and generate new prospects through in-office meetings and door-to-door outreach. Knock on doors to offer free roof inspections and own the full sales cycle from initial assessment to closing deals. Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings while educating homeowners about services and claims processes. Accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM. Thrive in an autonomous environment while maintaining professional communication and handling rejection with resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SDR, outside/inside sales, call centers, retail, or customer service
- Experience in construction, project management, or as a former business owner/operator
- Experience in solar sales, pest control, alarm sales, insurance, mortgage, or real estate
- Ability to identify leads and generate new prospects
- Ability to knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
- Ability to own the full sales cycle from initial inspection to closing the deal
- Ability to conduct roof inspections
- Ability to represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
- Ability to educate homeowners about services and the insurance claims process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Ability to maintain clear, professional communication
- Ability to accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM
- Ability to drive new opportunities instead of waiting for inbound leads
