Sales Representative – Roofing | $75-$300k OTE | Paid Training

Identify leads and generate new prospects through in-office meetings and door-to-door outreach. Knock on doors to offer free roof inspections and own the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct roof inspections, represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings, and educate homeowners about services and claims processes. Accurately document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM while thriving in an autonomous environment. Full-time field-based role with afternoon and evening hours; uncapped commission plus paid training.
