Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one coaching with an assigned team lead to teach roofing and construction sales skills. Cultivate relationships with top industry leaders and initiate conversations with new prospects. Manage social media coaching and guidance while leveraging in-house production and media crews to build your personal brand. Participate in multiple team-building destination trips to grow individually and as a team. Maintain high integrity, self-motivation, and a problem-solving mindset within a positive, winning culture.
