Job Summary
Sales Representative to oversee Brainlab’s radiotherapy business in the Nordics & Baltics. Hybrid/remote-capable setup with home office and travel to hospitals; training at Brainlab HQ in Munich. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the complete sales process, engaging with customers and partners, participating in tenders, expanding the product portfolio at sites, and collaborating with strategic partners. Requires 2+ years in sales (capital equipment preferred), English fluency and preferably another Nordic language, willingness to travel ~80%, strong interpersonal, negotiation, planning and forecasting skills, and a proactive, self-sufficient, team-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' working experience in sales (preferably capital equipment sales)
- Experience in a medical/engineering environment is considered as a plus
- Mandatory fluency in English and preferably another Nordic language
- Willingness to travel within Nordics & Baltics (80%)
