Job Summary
Actively seek advertising opportunities for The Journal, targeting mostly local businesses, the AMS, and Queen’s University; report directly to the Business Manager with weekly updates; regularly communicate with existing clients and complete cold calls to attract new clients; maintain good relationships with past clients; participate in training sessions to become familiar with the department and adhere to the general operations of the department; uphold company policies and ethical standards; participate in in-person and virtual meetings; perform assigned tasks efficiently and attentively; serve as a representative of the AMS and its mission; perform other duties as assigned.
