Job Summary
Sales Representative for boutique fitness studio to drive membership sales and deliver excellent member experiences. Responsibilities include lead generation, following up with prospects, touring the facility to assess goals and needs, maintaining sales production, presenting services, booking quality appointments to meet monthly quotas, processing cash/credit transactions, inputting inventory for retail items, completing training programs, taking photos for social media, and light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms. Must be available Monday–Friday 9:00 am–1:30 pm; require strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, ability to build relationships, learn ClubReady software, stay organized, and work under pressure; authorized to work in the United States; compensation includes base rate and commissions plus benefits such as free membership and employee discounts.
