Job Summary
Execute sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing tours to build relationships and target individual goals. Present available services to prospective and current members while booking quality appointments to achieve monthly quotas. Process cash and credit card transactions, input inventory for retail items, and perform light cleaning of the studio and retail areas. Participate in special events such as health fairs and marathons to promote the club, take pictures for social media, and develop selling skills. Requires excellent communication and customer service abilities with a warm, engaging personality. Free unlimited membership and competitive commission-based pay included.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Warm welcoming and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
