Job Summary
Sales Representative role with a focus on becoming a trusted advisor, delivering product demonstrations, leading trials and implementations, and driving customer success. Responsibilities include understanding client challenges, demonstrating product solutions, creating and delivering impactful demos, engaging in training and certification, meeting quarterly/annual goals, and responding to proposals. Requires 3+ years in a customer-facing role in sales-related functions, a BS in Computer Science or Engineering, strong communication and business-analysis skills, and willingness to travel domestically about 50%. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineer, consulting, product management/marketing, training)
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- experience in price negotiation, closing deals, and navigating the sales cycle
- understanding of relational databases and web technology
- ability to work in a team
- strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentations)
- business analysis skills
- planning and tracking project timelines and milestones
- willingness to travel domestically (50%)
