Job Summary
Market, demonstrate, and sell new and used agricultural equipment to customers across Ontario. Profile existing clients to ensure satisfaction while promoting company goods, services, and special promotions. Stay current on industry trends, product features, and benefits by attending training seminars and trade shows. Work rotating weekends as the face of the company in your territory, actively engaging with farming and turf communities.
Required Qualifications
- Competitive self-starter with discipline and goal orientation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Familiarity with farming practices, GPS, and Precision Agriculture
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in agricultural sales or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with John Deere products
