Job Summary
Promote and sell Medtronic surgical products across northern and western Poland (including the Pomeranian, West Pomeranian, Lubusz, Greater Poland Voivodeships) focusing on sutures, hernia solutions, and access/instrumentation technologies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators; identify customer needs, pursue leads, and provide solutions to maximize product adoption. Deliver educational sessions on Medtronic products, conduct market research and competitor analysis, implement market development plans, and provide customer feedback to Operations and Marketing. Requires strong sales experience (minimum 5 years with 3 in medical devices), excellent communication, English proficiency, resilience, and proactive problem-solving; and strong presentation skills to clearly convey information to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in the medical device industry
