Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative in the Plainville, MA area responsible for generating new revenue in rentals and equipment sales, servicing existing customers, and identifying new business. The role spends most days in the field within the territory with occasional reporting to the branch office. Key duties include responding to inbound leads, expanding the customer base, conducting market research and site visits, cultivating relationships for customer satisfaction and retention, maintaining sales activity records, providing expert support for service inquiries, delivering presentations of products and services to current and potential customers, coordinating with branch and service managers, and communicating opportunities for operational improvements to leadership.
