Job Summary
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking; conduct thorough research on prospects; build and manage a sales pipeline; understand clients' requirements and present tailored product or service solutions; deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals; negotiate terms and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain client relationships and provide post-sale support; stay abreast of industry trends and market developments; provide regular reports on sales progress; requires strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; prior sales experience and CRM/software proficiency are valued; training and career growth opportunities with Pestmaster.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
