Sales Representative- Permanent Full-Time - (Supply Chain and Logistics B2B) - Ontario

Sales Representative at Chit Chats Express responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities across Canada. Focuses on outbound outreach, inbound leads, referrals, marketplace research, and reactivation campaigns to build a client base. Conducts discovery calls to understand client shipping volume, current carriers, service needs, and growth potential; qualifies prospects based on commercial fit, shipping profile, compliance, and operational feasibility; presents Chit Chats services with tailored proposals and pricing comparisons. Collaborates with Sales Manager, Data, Product, and Operations to address complex pricing or service-fit questions, maintains CRM records, tracks outreach activities and deal stages, coordinates with Onboarding and Account Management for smooth post-close handoffs, and contributes to campaigns and market research. Meets or exceeds activity, pipeline, conversion, activation, and revenue targets. Requires strong written and verbal communication, customer-first mindset, organizational skills, CRM proficiency, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work toward sales goals. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and 1–3+ years of relevant experience are expected, with asset experience in logistics/shipping and e-commerce.
