Job Summary
Sales Representative responsible for outbound outreach, discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, presenting pricing, and guiding prospects through decision-making to convert them into clients for Chit Chats Express's shipping services. Responsibilities include sourcing leads, conducting discovery calls, tailoring conversations to client needs, preparing pricing comparisons and proposals, coordinating with internal teams (Sales Manager, Data, Product, Operations) for complex pricing/service-fit questions, maintaining CRM records, and supporting handoffs to onboarding and account management. Must meet activity, pipeline, conversion, activation, and revenue targets; requires strong communication, customer-first mindset, organizational skills, and experience with CRM tools. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and 1–3+ years in sales or related roles, with assets in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, or small business services. Salary starting at $55,000 per annum with commission eligibility and benefits.
