Sales Representative- Permanent Full-Time - (Supply Chain and Logistics B2B) - Alberta

Sales Representative identifies and converts new business opportunities for Chit Chats in Canada, focusing on outbound outreach, inbound leads, discovery calls, and qualification of opportunities. Responsibilities include presenting tailored Chit Chats solutions, preparing basic pricing comparisons and proposals, coordinating with Sales, Data, Product and Operations for complex pricing or service-fit questions, maintaining CRM records, and guiding clients from prospect to onboarding. The role emphasizes building relationships with prospective clients, understanding shipping needs, and driving revenue growth while ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding and account management. Requirements include strong written and verbal communication, comfort with cold outreach and discovery calls, a customer-first mindset, solid organizational skills, ability to learn pricing structures, and CRM proficiency. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and 1–3+ years of related sales experience are expected; experience in e-commerce, shipping, logistics, marketplaces, or small business services is a plus. Salary starts at 55,000 CAD per annum with incentive plan eligibility; benefits, vacation, and other compensation details are provided.
